Privacy policy

This store is run by Phyto Corner, an independent Phyto Science distributor. We collect as little as we can and use it only to serve you.

What we collect

• Order details: name, mobile, email (optional), country, city, address and notes.
• If you create an account: your email, the name and mobile you add, saved addresses, your order and points history.
• Messages you send to the adviser, used only to answer you.

Who processes it

• An encrypted database at our hosting provider (Supabase) for orders and accounts.
• Anthropic, which powers the adviser. Only the chat messages are sent, never your order details.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to follow up there.
• The courier, as far as delivery needs.

We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept for up to 24 months for accounting and warranty. Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion of your account at any time at WhatsApp; we reply within 30 days, in line with laws such as Saudi Arabia's PDPL and the UAE Federal Data Protection Law.

Terms & conditions

1. An order placed on this site is a request to buy. It becomes binding once we confirm it.
2. Prices are in the currency shown and include applicable taxes. They may change without notice; confirmed orders are not affected.
3. Payment is cash on delivery. We may decline repeat orders from customers who previously refused delivery.
4. Packaging can differ slightly between production batches.
5. Points, when active, have no cash value, are added once an order is delivered, and the programme may change or end with notice.
6. Trademarks and product names belong to Phyto Science Sdn Bhd and are used to describe the genuine products we sell.
7. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the order is delivered.

Shipping & delivery

• We deliver to: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, Jordan.
• Delivery costs SAR 25, free on orders of SAR 400 or more.
• Usually 2–5 working days in major cities.
• Check the parcel in front of the courier and report damage within 48 hours.
• Orders are cancelled after two failed delivery attempts.

Returns & exchanges

• Return unopened, sealed packs within 7 days of delivery.
• Opened supplements and skincare can't be returned unless faulty.
• Damaged, wrong or expired items are replaced free.
• Refunds within 7 working days.

Cookies

No tracking or advertising cookies. We use a session cookie for sign-in and one that remembers your language, we keep your bag in your browser, and if you arrive from an ad or a tagged link we keep the campaign name for 30 days to see where an order came from. Fonts are served from this site.
